Where is PinSeeker Legal?

Unlike sports gambling or fantasy betting, PinSeeker is not a gaming service. It is regulated as a "Game of Skill" product, which means each state has its own regulation specific to skill-based contests.

The states and territories in green currently support PinSeeker cash games. Some states offer online gaming and fantasy sports, but remain off-limits to games of skill. Please contact your legislative representatives to help bring PinSeeker to your state.
