- Stretching before ANY swings are taken for 10 – 15 minutes. It’s important to include stretches for both upper and lower body.
- When you start swinging, find a way to focus on your timing and getting your upper and lower body to fire correctly. For example, I take short shots and have punctuated follow throughs.
- When you start taking full swings, create and use a pre-shot routine that will be used on that course. Typically this pre-shot routine will incorporate a position or a specific thought that a golfer is working on.
